In our company we have a team of experienced
and qualified Computer Hardware and
Software engineers for the execution
of the jobs. They have been doing
repair of Computers & Peripherals
through the aid of latest equipment
like Oscilloscopes (CRO), Digital
Multimeter (DMM), drive alignment
toolkit, logic cards, Complete Electronic
item tool kit, Software Diagnostic
& Data Recovery Tools. We have a fairly
good stock of components with us so
as to carry out the repair work at
the earliest. We also take many tools
& equipments with us to the site so
as to repair the faulty part on the
site which also provides minimum downtime
of Machines to our Customers. In case
of major problem we provide standby
of the faulty part within 24 to 48
hours.
We provide maintenance services
for Computers, Printers, Laptops,
UPS, Projectors,
Electronic Gadgets and Cameras etc.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) |

|
Terms of the contract for AMC
This Annual Maintenance Contract
(AMC) is initially for a period of
one year.
The Customer shall be responsible
for providing power sources as standard
power conditioning equipment
as prescribed by The Creator Systems.
Customer will make the system available
to The Creator Systems for maintenance
purpose at all reasonable
times without any charges.
The customer shall not, directly
open, alter, try to tamper with or
in any act which will result in intruding
with the operation of the system and
Peripheral Units.
System Maintenance charges shall
not include the cost of consumables
and supply items such as but
not limited to the following :

Ribbons
Magnetic Tapes
Floppy Diskettes
Computer Stationery
Disk Packs
Any other items termed as consumables
by The Creator Systems: Eg. Printer
Head.

This Warranty extends only to problems
arising out of normal functioning
of the system and the AMC
does not cover Breakdown or services.
During the AMC period the service
calls would be attended within 24
hours from the date and time
of registering the service department.
The AMC is void if the equipment
is physically damaged.

Terms of the contract for
ASC
- This Annual Service Contract (ASC)
is initially for a period of one
year.
- The Customer shall be responsible
for providing power source, as standard
power conditioning equipment as
prescribed by The Creator Systems.
- Customer will make the system
available to The Creator Systems
for maintenance purpose at all reasonable
times without any charges.
- The customer shall not, directly
open, alter, try to tamper with
or in any act which will result
in intruding with the operation
of the system and Peripheral Units.
- The above mentioned ASC is for
only the service to be rendered
for one year. The ASC does not cover
any hardware component in the contract.
Any spares replaced or repaired
would be charged extra.
- The ASC includes Software Updates,
Virus Cleaning etc.,
- If your system needs complete
formatting and reloading of all
softwares from the beginning then
the charge would be Rs. 500/- per
call, which is not in the purview
of the ASC.
- We request you to take frequent
backups of your valuable data as
we are not responsible for any data
loss at any point of time during
the ASC.
- The ASC does not include any sort
of training regarding system software
or internet related programs for
which it would charged extra.

Per Call Maintenance (PCM) |
|
Service Policies of The Creator
Systems
- All Components and Services are
with Bill.
- One year standard onsite comprehensive
warranty is provided for components.
Warranty is void for certain conditions
and it depends on products.
- Warranty does not cover Cables,
Physical Damages etc.,
- Service calls during Warranty
/ AMC period would be attended within
the same day or within 12 working
hours.
- We would ensure that we would
provide standby if there is any
defect in the existing component
which is under Warranty / AMC.
- We have the technical expertise
on PC's, Networking - LAN & WAN,
Network Operating Systems, Peripherals
and Hardware related issues.
- Annual Maintenance Contract is
for a period of one year and would
be fixed based on the config and
condition of the system. For a P4
system with color monitor and multimedia
the AMC would be Rs.3,000/-. This
includes Service and Spares replacement
for 1 year and is similar to your
warranty period. All components
should be in good working condition
when we sign up the AMC Contract.
- Annual Service Contract (ASC)
is for a period of one year and
would be Rs.1500/- for a PC which
includes the Services but spares
cost would be charged extra.
- For Extra Services other than
the supplied materials a minimum
of Rs.250/ - would be charged as
Per call charges and it may go up
depending on the problem attended
and solution given.
